The railway station is just a few minutes away, the staff is friendly. Once dined in a hotel restaurant, the food is delicious, served quickly. Room's clean, cleaned every day. I loved it.

Monotonous breakfasts, but it's not a problem if you stay at the hotel for 2-3 days

Everything was fine, including well-trained staff with a smiling and cheerful receptionist. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the room, which was a nice size with the extra bed made up. The location was convenient for walking around a historic market town...

The breakfast was good for every taste. Our room (superior) had a pleasant size and the possibility to prepare a hot drink. For short trips I can recommend the hotel.

Except for the small toilet room without a toilet brush and little cupboard we were very satisfied.

The Novotel Reading Centre offered a beautifully decorated, spacious room with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the attentive staff who swiftly assisted with my luggage.

The keycard system needs serious upgrading to avoid constant reactivation!!! The pool area cleanliness could use a bit more attention!!! Noise from nearby nightlife was quite disruptive!!! Parking access could be clearer to prevent stress!!!
